Hello! I have to admit that I had a great time at the Spin Class on Sunday. I always love hanging out with you riders and hopefully I'm proving to you that I will get out and ride with you one day! And when I say ride with you I mean a training ride:) If you are able to have another class this Sunday have fun! I will be in Nashville with some of my friends celebrating a couple 30th birthdays!
You guys are the best!

Possibly Another Spinning Class - Sunday
Team,
Great job on Sunday! Sounded like you all had a great time and got in a good workout. Glad to see some of the new riders AND future riders (Lisa & Wendy). Thanks to Kate for her efforts. She is working on organizing another one for this Sunday, same time, same place. I'll let you know when we firm up the details.
Coach
PS - Just got back from the doctor and I will be able to ride again in about a month.

Spring is here!
Which means it is time to start riding! Since the weather has been nice, I got the bike down, pumped up the tires and gave it a quick once over... and then rode a few miles.
Looking forward to seeing everyone and to beginning training!

Spinning Class Sunday, March 29th
We have a spinning class this Sunday, March 29th at 1pm. This will be at the downtown YMCA (in the Antheneum) http://www.indymca.org/locations/branch.asp?id=17. This will be a great opportunity to do a bit of riding and to meet your team mates. Just tell the front desk that you are with JDRF and they will direct you to the room.
See you there.

JDRF Awards Ceremony
Just came from the 2008 JDRF Awards Ceremony - what a nice event. Thanks Stacey for including the riders this year and for the awesome award. All you 2008 riders who missed the event will have to catch up with Stacey later on to get your award.
Looking forward to a great year
It's great to be riding with Team Indiana again!
I limbered up my road bike Saturday after having it hanging from my garage ceiling all winter, while i rode my cyclocross.
It was very nice to get out and enjoy the weather for a little bit.
Downtown to Carmel and back 32 miles :)
