Training log for week of 5/27/13 - 6/2/13

    Great Blue Tuesday ride!
    18 riders and all that blue looked really great!
    I ended up with 30 miles on the back with 967 feet of elevation gain.
    So far this week
    mon - 20 miles GG short short route
    Tues - 30 miles SWW to the foot of Observatory
    so far total - 50 Miles!

  3. Had a great ride on Monday, 40 miles from northside over through traders point. First time down and up the fishback hill, great scenery and perfect weather to ride in the morning, cool and sunny.

  4. Weds - Beginner ride at PB Greenwood
    15 Miles
    Thurs GG short route
    25 miles

    90 miles this week - 2 day rest it looks like with todays Rain

    Tomorrow rain or shine I need 60 :)

  5. Well I didn't get 60, but I did have a nice ride out to Wilbur and back with Richard and Jim!

    The weather was perfect, the only thing that could have been better was no wind or a tailwind in both directions :)

    We ended up with 50 miles and 2500 feet of vertical, great workout great fun and
    140 miles total this week!

  6. So I finally got out and did my first ride of the summer!! Yay for me! :) I did about 23 miles on the Monon by myself. Turns out riding 23 miles is WAY faster than running it! But my marathon is in 16 days so after that I'm all in for biking and will be joining you soon!

  7. 5/27 - 25.11 miles in 1:23 - 18 mph avg moving pace
    6/1 - 15.13 miles in 1:03 - 14.3 avg moving pace - all hill climbs between the rain :)
    6/2 - 60.18 miles in 3:32 - 17.2 mph avg moving pace.
